High Park HomesHigh Park Homes

Set beneath towering oaks on undulating streets are the gorgeous homes of High Park. Homes in High Park are mainly detached brick, two and three storey designs, reflecting Edwardian, Tudor, and Victorian architectural influences.

Situated on High Park, Gothic, and Quebec Avenues (near Bloor) are some very nice High Park condos that provide stunning views of the park, and even Lake Ontario.

Families, couples, and singles are attracted to High Park not just for the beautiful homes, but also:

  • Proximity to Downtown Toronto
High Park residents can quickly commute to downtown via Lakeshore Boulevard, or by taking the TTC's Bloor subway and Queen West steetcar lines. In addition, the Gardiner Expressway provides a fast exit out of the city for those that "reverse commute" to Mississauga.
  • Roncesvalles and Bloor West Village Shopping
Like the main streets of small towns, these stretches offer a myriad of shops, cafes, restaurants, and services, providing everything community residents need for daily living. Find your High Park dream home
  • Access to the Waterfront
Along the western Toronto waterfront you will find marinas, rowing clubs, and the beaches at Sunnyside Park. The Martin Goodman Trail also awaits to lead you on bike or rollerblades across the city's lakefront, lending glimpses of the Toronto Islands as it takes you all the way east to The Beaches.

And of course,

  • High Park itself!
At nearly 400 acres, High Park offers everything you could want in an outdoor urban oasis. A few of its numerous features include manicured ornamental gardens, tennis courts, fishing in Grenadier Pond, quiet spaces surrounded by native vegetation, and a whimsical zoo.

While growing up in West Toronto, one of my favourite winter pastimes was to ice skate on Grenadier Pond, often racing my friends on the speed skating track for a lap or two. Though skating on the pond has since been disallowed, a winter visit to High Park is still a tranquil retreat from the city.

High Park Real Estate Boundaries

While High Park itself spans from The Queensway to Bloor, the residential community extends up to Dundas Street West. Runnymede Road serves as High Park’s western boundary with Bloor West Village, while Roncesvalles Avenue is the limit to the east.

High Park homes are found within Toronto Real Estate Board Districts W02 (north of Bloor) and W01 (south of Bloor).
